Monitoring

Tebra uploads have begun to be processed and will be completed in the order they were submitted. It may take several hours to overnight for all requests to be processed. We will continue to monitor the queue.

Investigating

We have received several reports of Billing Export uploads to Tebra remaining unprocessed and in the "In Progress" status since yesterday. We are investigating this issue and working with Tebra to ensure all reports will be processed as quickly as possible. Please do not reupload reports as this will cause further delays in the processing.
